Metal hoses are core flexible components for pipeline connections in modern industrial and civil fields. The structure of a metal hose mainly consists of three parts: inner tube, middle layer and outer sheath. The inner tube is mostly made of 304/316L stainless steel , which ensures the tightness and corrosion resistance of medium transmission. The middle layer is a spiral steel wire mesh structure, which greatly enhances the pressure resistance of the hose. The outer sheath is made of stainless steel braided layer or PVC coating, which can effectively resist external wear and impact. In terms of material selection, 304 stainless steel is suitable for conventional scenarios, while 316L stainless steel, with stronger corrosion resistance, is used in corrosive environments such as coastal areas and chemical industry.
